- The Ladykillers-First time I saw it I liked it a lot, thought it was damn funny. But after I saw it a second time by myself I thought that Hanks vocabulary was annoying and Marlon was trying to hard and cussing way too much, but it still had some funny parts.C+
- Dawn of the Dead-Wow, I thoguht this was going to be one bad movie, I was quite surprised that I enjoyed it considerably. The direction was pretty good, mainly at the begining, and the action was pretty good too. The acting was the worst part of it, and a movie like this can only go so far with me.B-
- Taking Lives-Blah! I do not know why I saw this movie, it was so bad. I don't know why they had Keifer in this movie for only about 5 min. what a waste. THe acting was bad, the story was bad, along with everything else. Well we got to see Jolie naked, whoopdy doo.D
- Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind-The best movie I have seen so far this year. Great script, pretty good acting by the small and big roles here. The Direction is great too, kind of the oppisite of the last review I wrote. The only downer here was sinslet I jsut did not like her that much. The side story with Ruffllo(sp) and Dunst was my favorite. Good ending too... A
- Spartan-This started off so good that I almost thought it was going to end the same as well. I was wishing for too much here though. Kilmer does ok here, his normal work mnot good not bad, and Derek Luke as well as Macey are wasted characters. The final scene does a little to help me like this more, but the crap in the middle is just too much of the same old same old to help. C+
- The Reckoning-Interesting story here dealing with a priest who has run away from something in his past and joins a traveling actors group. A great cast including Bettany, Dafoe, and Cox who all do a pretty solid job here. Some parts are a little predictable, but overall enjoyable. B-
- The Passion- Gibson gets the point across that Jesus went thorugh a lot to say the least. This however is all he really got across to me, I didn't really get another message here very one dimensional. Good cinematagraphy(sp) and I liked how the devil was depicted but not much else. Pretty violent even for my tastes...C
- The Girl Next Door-Another one of those were I thought I wasn't going to like it but ended up enjoying it. Witty dialouge for a teen comedy, not too chessy but a little, didn't really mind me much. Olyphant is the highlight here with a preformance with a likeness to that of Go. O, and some pretty attractive girls too...B

Movies I have seen so far this year, more on the way...
