  2. exceptional

  3. Atari Teenage Riot: Delete Yourself - may be a favorite after another listen.
  4. Don Caballero: Don Caballero 2
  5. Bardo Pond: Bufo Alvarius, Amen 29:15
  6. good

  7. decent

  8. The Smashing Pumpkins: Mellon Collie And The Infinite Sadness - a truly iconic album from my youth; the talent is spread over 2 discs leaving the vision and sound diluted, but parts are still special to me.
  9. The Mountain Goats: Sweden
  10. everything else

  11. though some are better than others, order can be considered irrelevant

  12. Oasis: (What’s The Story) Morning Glory? - THE album from my youth. i have “played” this album 1000’s of times, though i did not listen to it that many times because most of the time it was on repeat in the my CD player and it would play whether or not I was in the room or was paying any attention whatsoever. at one point I probablyt considered every song on this album a masterpiece. i grew up, found it one day tatooed with scratches from here to eternity so I decided to buy another copy – trying to spark those good sounds from my youth and…nothing; these guys are imposters, a bad version of the Beatles whom they so desperately want to be but have no idea how to be, except for the their insane popularity especially in the U.K.

i am only adding the albums that i am extremely familiar with, and will add all other albums i listen to slowly.

recommendations are highly encouraged!!! - no matter how obvious or obscure.

albums listed here or anywhere else are by recording dates, not release dates. if you know the recording date of an album that i have listed incorrectly, please let me know.

any and all discussion is welcome. :^)
