  1. Restaurants whose non-smoking section is in the same room as the smoking section. As if the smoke will voluntarily stick to one side side of the room.. Edit: A great local commercial compared this situation to a swimming pool with Peeing and No Peeing sections. ;-)
  2. Electronics stores that charge an obscene amount to ship a part that can fit in the palm of your hand.
  3. Buy It Now auctions that also have a low starting bid. As soon as someone bids, the Buy It Now option disappears. That in itself isn't annoying, but there are many idiots who will bid even when the BIN price is very reasonable. In these situations the final price is almost always more than the BIN. Thanks, first bidder - you gipped someone out of a bargain.
  4. Netflix user reviews that give bonus discs one star because "it doesn't contain the movie." Well, duh!
