People who should be banned from Hollywood

- George Lucas and Steven Speilburg for taking great movies and making them horrible.What's better a movie with a good plot or a movie with CGI walkie-talkies?Real tangible characters or a CGI oddity you could careless about?
- The Costume person who put nipples on Batman's suit...Why? For the love of GOD! Why?
- Quentin Tarantino. I know I know I can hear the gasps already.The reason he should be banned is this:As a director his vision has no originality,why I have no clue the screenplay for from dusk till dawn was great.But as a director there is no spark for me.Also he admits to ripping off entire movies not bits and pieces and not in a homage-like way.
- The Guys who made American pie.The world does not need another one.
- Michael Bay and Jerry Bruckheimer. For giving us total crap.(thanks ash_campbell)
- Ben affleck-need I say more?
- The Horrible Mr. Jenkins.
- Hilary Swank- I just don't like the woman.

I know my picks are some what controversial but thats how I feel if you would like to respond please do at the Discussion place provided.
Don't forget director Michael Bay. He, along with producer Jerry Bruckheimer, have brought us Armageddon, Bad Boys II, and Pearl Harbor. Unforgivable horrid trash. I haven't watched anything he's done since The Rock.

For my money, I certainly hope QT stays. His influences are huge, but he filters them all through his vision and stirs the results together in his own personal way, sorta like Public Enemy and Beastie Boys mix samples into their own intoxicating brew wholly their own.
I'll be in line when Kill Bill 2 hits.
As for JB, I've been hoping against hope for his Hollywood exile for years now. :)
But the American Pie guys did give us the terrific About a Boy, so IMHO, the jury is still out on the boys.

I know I know. QT does some things wrong, but you got to admit, you cannot sit down, watch one of his movies and not be entertained. And I as well, might see kill bill vol 2 the day it comes out.
His movies just make me sad because they are horrible remakes or rip offs.
How about Neal Israel? He wrote all seven of the "Police Academy" movies as well as "Look Who's Talking Too", directed crapfests "Surf Ninjas" and "Breaking the Rules", and wrote and directed "Bachelor Party", two Mary-Kate and Ashley direct-to-video releases, and the National Lampoon TV-movie "Dad's Week Off." He's currently in post-production for another National Lampoon TV-movie called "Thanksgiving Family Reunion", with Judge Reinhold.
HELLO! How can you not of liked AMERICAN PIE...It is one of the best movies.
I did'nt like it because I thought it was immature, pointless and not very funny
The First one was okay, but the other two were just terrible, in my opinion. I only saw parts, but I wouldn't ever want to see another part again. I recently watched American Pie 1, and I realized it wasn't as good as the first time I watched it when I liked it primarily because of its shock value.
I must be the odd one out because it did'nt shock me.
This is Mary's friend. I personally liked the first American Pie. The sequels are remakes at their best.
I've gotta disagree with you on Quentin Tarentino 'cause I like his movies, but even if you don't, his face is so weird-lookin' that one can't stop staring, he's like Ron Howard's brother, the crazy lookin' one. I gotta see that face! But on another note...here's some more suggestions:
Julia Roberts...spew.
Ben Affleck...you had man-boobs in Mallrats, you ruined the character of Daredevil, and your "stellar" performance in Good Will Hunting was, well, not.
Mark Wahlberg...you gave it a shot, but it didn't work out buddy. Stop now before you ruin our memories of your good flicks (Three Kings) with new horrors. (Planet of the Apes, Rockstar).
Angelina Jolie...spew. Again.

Films like Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street and the like. What a waste of film!!!
Personally, I liked Nightmare on elm street, but I agree with you lately the genre has teetered out.
I totally agree with your point on Jerry Bruckheimer. He has never produced anything worth watching. That would'nt be so bad if it were 2 or 3 movies. But its not. The guys produces so many shows that are absolute tripe. Everytime I see a sh*t show, I look-out for his name at the end. 80% of the time, his name appears and I think: "No wonder that film was a bunch of drivel".
Michael Bay is'nt much better. I don't know how he managed to mess-up Pearl Harbour. Many web-sites rated it as one of the worst High-Budget films of all time.
