People I miss

- My mom - She passed away five years ago now. She was a wonderful woman, really smart and funny and with many interests. We had a lot in common, and it would be great to have a cup of tea with her or see a concert or play or just sit in her lap again.
- My best friend Cybil - In a lot of ways, I still think of her as my best friend though we haven't really spoken in 2-3 years now. We had one of those friendships where we never ran out of things to say, spent all our time together, could finish each other's thoughts. I even read her mind once (it was confirmed by a third party that she didn't say the thing out loud which I heard.) I hope someday we'll be friends again.
- My ex-boyfriend Joe - I don't miss him nearly as much as the other two, but he was one of my best friends also. I treated him deplorably, so I deserve not to hear from him. But I wish we could just chat once in a while. It'd be nice to know how he's doing anyway.
- Genevieve - An old friend of mine, really the only girl I've ever had a big crush on. Kind of like Enid in "Ghost World" both in personality, looks and the fact that she kind of just disappeared from everyone's lives. Unfortunately, we found out what happened - she became a sorority girl. Still, Genevieve must still be there in some form, probably still fantastic in many ways. She was the most breathtaking girl I've ever known.
these are the people who've fallen out of my life for one reason or another. I loved each one of them very much and sincerely wish each of them was still a part of my life.
