  • A glisten.
  • Could the oysters still be below
  • Gathering the grit and grime,
  • Silent and invisible?
  • I need to feel the thrill
  • Of diving again.

I noticed that but I thought you were just taking liberties with the punctuation: "I need the feel, the thrill, of diving again." I like the correct version too. :-)

I have been known to take liberties, so that is certainly understandable!
