Some categories are, of course, complete guesses...

Cloned From:

Predicting "Triplets of Belleville" over "Finding Nemo"?!? That takes serious balls, my friend.

I loved "Finding Nemo", but I wouldn't mind an upset in that category; I've heard such great things about "Triplets of Belleville." I seriously doubt that'll happen though.

But tell ya what. If you're right, I owe you a Coke.

Damn! I'm sure I *just* missed getting that coke.... Oh, well.
I really did a pretty crappy job making predictions. Hopefully I'll do better in the future.

Heh. You could've predicted "Return of the King" for every single category, including write-in votes for categories it wasn't nominated in, and you'd have done better than you did.

Hey, gimme a break, it was my first year actually trying to make predictions. And, really, I was hoping for something a little more interesting than what we got...

Weren't we all, Amber. Weren't we all.

Well, I'm thrilled for Jackson and company for getting the best result ever at the Oscars. 100% nom/wins and tied for the most ever. A great way to send off a great series.

Otherwise, yeah, it could have used some pizzaz. Charlize, Sean, Tim, and Renee got their expected awards...Sofia got hers...Finding Nemo got its...sigh.

At least there were a few good moments.
