Modest Mouse has a song called "Ohio" on This Is a Long Drive For Someone With Nothing to Think About.

There's a song called "A Summer in Ohio" from the musical The Last Five Years.

If songs about Cleveland are okay, there's "Look Out Cleveland" by The Band and of course "Cleveland Rocks," the theme song from the Drew Carey Show.
