I'll try to keep this up to date (limiting it to about 10 albums). I'll also include (when possible) links for those artists that are not so well known. I couldn't decide whether it should be newest first or oldest first, so I sort of closed my eyes and ended up with oldest first (at the top of the list.) If that doesn't make sense, let me know and I'll swap it 'round.

Coupla notes: If you haven't discovered Ray Lynch, you're really missing out. This album keeps the bubbly optimism and joyful introspection of his earlier albums, and adds some delicious detunings (? I think that's the word.)

I loved Appalachian Waltz. How does Appalachian Journey compare?

I hadn't heard of Appalachian Waltz; I just saw ...Journey at Price Club and thought it looked interesting. I'm a big fan of Yo-Yo Ma (ever since Claude Bolling's Suite for Flute and Cello). But anyway, I do like it a lot. I'm definitely going to have to check out ...Waltz.
