Names for our mythical children, discussed by my husband and I

- Buffalo Ulysses Barber - (this was the first name we came up with together. Granted, it is a strange name, but we like it. He could be Buff for short or take the middle name instead. We envision him as our Western poet, Richard Brautiganesque baby.
- Moses Abraham Barber - (named after two liberators, he would be our "spiritual" baby)
- Olivia Renate Barber - (She is our artistic daughter, maybe a bit literary, named after Olivia Newton-John and a character in an Anais Nin book.)
- Miranda Anais Barber - (Named after Miranda from "The Tempest" and Anais Nin.)
- And the name we would be more likely to use:
- Candace Olivia Barber (Named after my mom and Olivia Newton-John.)
This is my husband and my list of favorite names for our unborn (and not to be born anytime soon, either!) children. If you notice, all the initials make little names of their own. That's kind of a requirement with us.
The names are a bit eccentric, but I always wanted an interesting name growing up. And I am married to a Josiah Israel, after all...
