I put the directors names by the two Alien movies to distinguish them.
Outland: High Noon in Outer Space. Connery plays an honest and tough marshall of a mining outpost on some moon. Peter Boyle is the mine manager who is also head of all the corruption that takes place on the colony. Boyle sends three thugs to deal with Connery.
Star Trek 3: I really liked the fight scene between Shatner and Christopher Lloyd. Some of the cheesiest acting by Shatner in his Star Trek career, particularly where Shatner falls off the chair onto the floor in reaction to his son being killed. Also the one where Kirk blows up the Enterprise to kill the bad Klingons, which causes him to be demoted from admiral back down to captain in Star Trek 4. But he wins his admiralty back later on.
Flash Gordon is campy in many ways, but I liked it a lot. And I thought the music by Queen was cool. I also liked the fight scene between Sam Jones and Timothy Dalton.
