I hope you'll let me know your thoughts about them as soon as you have seen them.
Awesome! I always want to hear people's opinions about the movies they've seen. (I work at a video store) :)
So I guess you're not a Quentin fan? I noticed a pretty dismal rating for Pulp Fiction. I've never actually seen it, but... umm, I've had the soundtrack for years. Hehe. It's pretty good.
The thing is... Quentin (as a person) really ticks me off. He always seems so full of himself, like he's so amazing and original and God and everything... and I have trouble shaking that off when I'm watching one of his movies. But then again, I haven't even seen Pulp Fiction, so maybe I shouldn't be saying that yet? I don't know.
So what is it about Pulp Fiction that you didn't like?
Sometimes it seems that everybody loves Pulp Fiction. That's why I wanted to see it. I expected VERY much and afterwards I was VERY disappointed. The acting is bad (except Samuel L. Jackson probably) and the story is unoriginal. This is one of those films that want to be more than they eventually are.
