  1. Spaghetti Western(Leone/Corbucci/Castellari)
  2. Zombie(Romero/O'Bannon/Fulci-assuming?)
  3. Western(Peckinpah/Ford/Hawks)
  4. Surrealist(Bunuel/Lynch/Kubrick/Allen)
  5. Film-Noir(Welles/Leone/Lang/Aldrich)
  6. Comedy(Allen/Coen/Landis)
  7. 50's Sci-fi(Siegel/Graeff/Yeaworth)
  8. War(Leone/Siegel/Kubrick/Coppola/Milius)
  9. Horror/Suspense(Hitchcock/Carpenter)
  10. Sports(Anspaugh/Rossen/Scorsese)

The order in which I admire or prefer certain genres... the higher up the list, the more I generally love great movies of the genre.

I also only included genres I happen to usually like, so I still love genres on the bottom of the list, the ones i don't care for didn't make it.

Also Directors who did it the best... if you are wondering I consider OUATIAmerica as a Film-Noir.
