Lots of classics here, nice... the inclusion of Princess Bride, 2001 and Holy Grail are pleasing me lots. Dirty Harry's "make my day, punk" routine is usually well-liked as well. My very personal favorite movie quote would be:
"There's only trouble and desire" from Hal Hartley's Simple Men as a very tight tie with "To know we can die is to be dead already" from Hal Hartley's Theory of Achievement. Hmmm, I'm gonna make myself a list of Hal Hartley quotes, I can feel it.
