Like a lot of movies I have seen and would recommend, I don't want to see most of these movies a second time. Some of them are beautiful and powerful and have left quite a deep impression on me (Raise the Red Lantern comes leaping to mind).

Some (well, two) are roaringly funny. If you like A Shot in the Dark, see The Pink Panther too. Peter Sellers's performance is priceless.

Since you liked Red, White, and Blue, you should see the Decalogues by Kieslowski. They just became available on video. The Decalogues are 10 shorts, each one concerning each of the ten commandments. As typical of Kieslowski, they're great.

Yes, and The Double Life of Veronique! And, if you like all these, check out the documentary about Kieslowski, titled "I'm so-so".
