Comments welcomed, as ever, particularly on the Amazon.com free tracks I've linked too.
A different list than usual this month; while R.E.M. and Bruce still take up a large portion, tracks discovered at Amazon.com comprise over a quarter of the list. Carbon Leaf's Celtic-tinged country-pop-rock transcends the traditional folk-pop genre in a manner somewhat akin to Jack Johnson; Geoff Byrd and Ronald Reed Jackson prove country is still one of the best genres for American musicians; Fisher's beautiful vocals are stunningly powerfula and Becca Kaid's 'jangle-rock' is one of the bests tyles of music I've heard in a long time.
Aside from these discoveries, the list remains relatively consistent with last month. R.E.M. gain a position thanks to my rediscovery of the joyful "Imitation of Life", while Springsteen loses "Thunder Road" and "Promised land" but gains "Night". Mainstays TMBG and ELO also have two a piece, and Colin Hay, Jeff Buckley, Andy Abraham and Guided By Voices keep their one spot each. All-time fave "Piano Man" re-enters as I've recently got "into" it again as a result of discussion with the likes of 1922 here on Listology.
Other notable new entries this month include Tears for Fears' Everybody Loves A Happy Ending (c/o lukeprog's recommendation), a couple of Fleetwood Mac tracks and the resurgence of Wild Honey (Beach Boys), Like A Rolling Stone (Bob Dylan) and Destination Moon (TMBG).

any of those little man tate songs take your fancy?
Ooh, that's a good point - they did, I liked a few of them, but of course when compiling this list I was only looking at playlists in Media Player and forgot about.
But, after further thought, I'll be adding "What? What You Got" and "Down on Marie" later on. WHen I can decide what to remove! :D
what what you got is going to be their single, actually i think its been removed from download. :( down on marie is my favourite, such great song, but when comes to LMT my favourites change all the time :P
hey, if you want the track still, i could send it too you through msn ? besides, it'll be cool to talk over msn. if thats cool tell me and i'll add you
Oh yes, please do. Add me as wezzo1990@hotmail.com (I just realised my Listology profile says wesley@snpp.com - don't use that as I don't use that for MSN anymore).
cool, i'll add you, i'll appear as AndyCool! :P
Yeah, good to see Billy Joel, REM and Bruce Springsteen on here.
Thanks!
