Wow! I most certainly didn't expect to see them pop up on this site, but I also enjoy Poor Old Lu's Sin CD. Too bad the band broke up before they could blossom further. I felt Eighth Wonder was a bit less focused than Sin, but my, Sin was impressive.

If you liked Poor Old Lu, you should check out another of my favorite bands, The World Inside. Jesse Sprinkle, the drummer from POL went on to form this band and leads vocals and guitar this time out. Their CD is entitled Roobrik, and you can listen to a couple tunes at CDNow.
