Any thoughts?

I've got Gloria Gaynor's I Will Survive on &nbsp my list &nbsp (what do you think of Freda Payne's Band Of Gold?), plus a few by Bob Dylan (although I could easily add Knockin' On Heaven's Door), Rod Stewart's Maggie May and Reason To Believe, Simon and Garfunkel's Bridge Over Troubled Water.

I really like a few of the others (Born in the USA by Bruce Springsteen, and Losing my Religion by REM), but they didn't get on my favourites list.

I don't know any of the French or German songs - probably my loss.

I'll check out your list.
'Band of Gold': I don't know the song. Probably I have already heard it.
For the French Songs:
I think that for a song French is definetly the best language. It's pure harmony.

Lots of great choices, I note we both have REM, Dylan and Collins! Again, I don't know much French music, but I probably should check it out.

You really should, especially the songs by JJ Goldman, Michel Sardou et Renaud. They are great! ;-)

Thanks for the tips!
