What were Tegan and Sara like? I just love their original music but I wonder how they come off live.
They were actually better than Ryan Adams, I was very disappointed in his show. I had never heard them prior to seeing them live, and it got me into them.
I had never heard of them when I bought the only CD I ever saw here in Belgium "So Jealous". It was beyond anyhing I expected. But still their other 3 CD's remain on my wants list till now. Even "So Jealous" I had never seen again in any stores here. Pity they have such poor distribution in Europe, though their new CD "The Con" will only be released in England at the end of Feb. Are they ever played on the radio?
Yes, they actually do get some radio play on some alternative stations here, and I imagine on college campuses. They have a good amount of airplay on Grey's Anatomy, a TV show here as well.
