I listened to some of this music before, but I increased my listening after recommendations from the site. For other artists, I became interested in their work solely because of Listology.

I agree! I had actually been getting into The Clash before I really started contributing at Listology, but I did steal another of my dad's Clash albums after that because of recommendations.
