These are movies I have seen, or got really scared during the previews. THEY ARE ALL BAD.

I'll agree with you on most of those, but Dark City? Granted, telepathic aliens who experiment on humans aren't the most inventive thing in the world, but it did a very good job of up suspense, and there is a decent suprise near the ending. It's alot like a longer Outer Limits or Twilight Zone, only with a happy ending.
