I think Gary Oldman may have lost about 30 pounds for his role in Sid And Nancy. I remember reading this in a book somewhere, but I can't find anything on the internet to confirm it...
Okay, I found the book...
From the Guinness World Records 2000:
Gary Oldman lost 13.6 kg (2st 2lb) to play punk star Sid Vicious in Sid and Nancy (UK, 1986) and ended up in hospital suffering from malnutrition.
Cool, thanks. IMDB didn't give an exact weight.
Not surprising he ended up in the hospital, he was skinny to begin with.
