1) I find it grossly underrated in general.
2) Or, I find it so undeservingly unknown that it isn't noticed enough to be rated highly in general.
3) Or, it can be an unfortunate combination of both.
I assess the rankings based on the differential between the above requisites and how highly I rank the album.
