- Half-Life 2 - Hell yeah. Been dying to play this one forever.
- Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas - There's a mountain in the game. Miles of countryside. Several large urban areas. You can drive a lawnmowers and monster trucks. The gun system has been redone. WOW.
- S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Holy F*ck
- Zelda GameCube - Adult Link is back and ready to kick ass!
- Halo 2 - the first was vastly overrated, but still fun.

hi its me 'A movie fan' i made the 6 best series of games list. i can see we like the same sort of games as you mentioned.
GTA san andreas should be greta and the new pics i saw of it and Zelda looked really good.
not long to wait for GTA only in November time .
hehe on my christmas list for sure!!
Yes, your prolificacy on Listology has made me aware of you :-)
What do you think of STALKER? It looks amazing to me: the freedom of GTA, the graphics and physics and vehicles of Half-Life 2, and the suspense of Silent Hill. Can't beat that.
i havnt heard of STALKER but i promise ill check it out m8. yes GTA looks great. its 6x bigger than GTA:vice and is based on 3 states. i know it foloows the original series by city but they've included the features of other states.
such as LAS VEGAS, where you can buy a casino and run it.
well thats what i read anyway.
bb for now-ill check out STALKER
I especially hope GTA improves the on-the-foot control, and I already hear you might be able to buy casinos and have them make money for you. That would be kickass late in the game. I can't wait.
yeah your right, the on foot controls were abit 'Sketchy' they got abit anoying.
yer you can have the casino make money for you and the games 6x bigger than Vice. i saw some screen shots of S.T.A.L.K.E.R and have to say it looks great.
bb m8
Na na... you really gotta see the video features for STALKER on IGN before you can appreciate what is so awesome about the game. The graphics are good, but the gameplay is the the 'killer must-have feature' of the game.
ok will do.
looks great

You forgot Final Fantasy 12. How could you be so cruel? (Yes, i'm aware that I like FF a little too much.)
lol, sorry, still haven't found a turn-based RPG I like (though, KOTOR is getting there...)
ive seen a video of STALKER now and what strikes me is the amount of freedom you seem to have within the game.
looks great take care m8
heY, you given any thought to Star Wars: Battlefront
i played a ps2 demo of this and it is the best star wars game bar none. it features all the battles (full version will) hoth, endor (which i played) and even ones from episode 3!!!
you have big tree trunks smashing AT AT walkers and ewoks! everything!
i cant wait!
I'm not much into online gaming, and it sounds like Battlefield 1942 or whatever set in the Star Wars universe. I couldn't get into Battlefield 1942 at all. Just not my type of game. I prefer the single player experience (or, ocassionaly, the experience of playing against others in the same room with me).
Okay, finally got around to shelling out the cash for Half-Life 2. Time it took me to install, register for a steam account, and activate it just so I could play the single-player campaign? Three hours. Time it recently took me to install Call of Duty? Half an hour. Geez, Valve, torture me whydontcha?
