Not a bad list! I guess I'm more of a typical guy than I like to believe. :-) Give me the 2001 version of Ocean's Eleven over the original any day though.

Yeah, it's a pretty good list. There are some movies that I think don't belong (Old Yeller???), but I think it does a good job of capturing that guy movie spirit. I think the Godfather movies should be #1 though, above "Slap Shot."

Agree about Old Yeller - I'd put "Soldier" with Kurt Russell in its' place!
