Arbitrary limit of 40 years. Several of these, especially the early Japanese, are somewhat spurious (but not as much a Sumerian king that supposedly lasted up to 1200 years).
I didn't do a lot of in depth research and there are a lot of countries I didn't even look at, so additions/corrections would be appreciated.








I don't really take offense but it seems you have overlooked King Baudouin 1 who reigned over Belgium from 1951 to 1993...
