Heard of Larry Flynt, but didn't see the movie. That was, I suppose, a first ammendment movie. Of course, what it has to do with you, I don't know, unless you were in it.

I'm not familiar with without satire, the world fails... but again, how does that movie relate to you?

Now, this is a privately owned site, and Jim pays all the bills. He's free to keep it going, take it down, or limit it to just a few people. Unless you've paid a fee, you are here as his guest, and only welcome so long as he welcomes you.

There is no first ammendment issue here. Your right to say whatever you like would not be abridged. You would still be able to say whatever you like, just not on his site.

Short version: [1] Personal attacks are not welcome here. [2] UncRoger is right - Freedom of speech protects you from the government, and that's where it ends. Do you see .gov in the URL? Didn't think so.
