These are my personal preferences right now. However, my moods are ever changing when it comes to music so expect this list to change. Feel free to leave comments, and reccomendations are very welcome.

well i have to reccommend my favorite album of the 90's... sparkle and fade)Everclear... check it out, it's great, even if you normally hate everclear, take it from me, i normally don't like everclear, then i heard this(even though it's their first album i didn't get a listen until a few years back)... then again from your current selections you may not like it, but i'll recomend it anyway.

Definitely happy to see Doppelganger here, among some more obvious others (and many I've never heard).

I saw Curve a few times live before the release of Doppelganger. It's a good album but would have been much stronger with a few additions from their previous "12" recordings. Coast Is Clear, Frozen, and Die Like A Dog especially. I have the white label promo vinyl for these. Toni Halliday was a stunner too, heh.

GC i've only heard some of the Sparkle And Fade album, but will check out some more as I quite liked what I heard.

I agree on Doppelganger, and was glad to see Ride's Nowhere also. What about My Bloody Valentine's Loveless and Catherine Wheel's Ferment? Did they just miss the cut, or do you not like them much? Especially with Nowhere so high, I'm surprised not to see more shoegazer.

I don't know, never could put my finger on why I didn't like MBV's, Loveless. I own a copy that's probably only been played a handful of times since release. Maybe i'll give it another try. The Nineties was a time where I was seeing a lot of live bands. I based most of my buying on what I saw live. Catherine Wheel are one of those bands that slipped by. Chapterhouse and Slowdive would feature on the list if it was a top 100.
