this doesn't necessarily mean I disliked the movie (although with CT, HD it does). Mostly, I just can't stay awake. Maybe it's a disorder, maybe it's a short attention span. I can always wake up at the credits, though.

Curses upon you! May you find yourself masturbating with a cheese grater every day for falling asleep to Rear Window!

or, if you're female, a serrated knife.

1. Well, that you fell asleep during 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon' is perfectly understandable, because this film is boring.
2. For 'Deliverance: I haven't yet seen it.
3. I think that 'Full Metal Jacket' is not Kubrick's best and that it's just interesting in the first part of the film.
4. 'Rear Window': I am VERY surprised to see this movie on this list. I think that it's one of the ten best films ever made. How could you fall asleep during this movie? It's thrilling, and NEVER boring.

At the risk of sounding defensive, read my disclaimer in my comments section. In fact, I've heard great things about this movie. The time I tried to watch it I had been driving for 5 hours to get to San Francisco for a weekend trip, and we started late at night, like 12 or so. I never was an all-nighter person. I keep meaning to actually see it, but my movie watching has tailed off lately due to a new job.

I think my all-time sleeper is An American in Paris. I fell asleep on three consecutive evenings trying to power through it.

My most recent narcoleptic film was Wings Of Desire. Fell asleep three times within the first hour. The next time around I made it through without nodding off, but just barely.

It happens to the best of us. I always fall asleep halfway through Titus. I think Ive only seen it all the way through once even though Ive "watched" it maybe 5 times.
