Back to the ol' 5 star method this month.

Did Super Size Me get 4 stars because it was so entertaining and well-edited, or did you actually think its subject was important or relevatory?

While the gimmick was cute and entertaining enough, I was impressed that they had some good diversions to present, such as the school with the great phys ed program. I probably wasn't expecting much from the film, so it worked for me.

Okay, that's probably damning with faint praise. But the movie did leave me wondering why, when we all know that the stuff is bad for us, we still stick it down our own throats. Who's to blame here?

Pretty much how I felt, except that I thought Sperlock managed tone and pace better than Moore did with Fahrenheit.
