9 - helter skelter (i know it by siouxsie and the banshees but i think it was originally the beatles?)
13 - girls just wanna have fun by cyndi lauper
#6 is that song by Smash Mouth that was popular a couple years ago. I think it was called "Till the Morning Comes."
#11 is of course "Pinch Me" by Barenaked Ladies.
