Author Comments:

Your predictions are very well thought out and it will be interesting to see how it turns out.
Honestly, I hope in my heart of hearts that you're wrong...
I feel that 'Eternal Sunshine' was robbed shit blind this year as far as award noms. Hopefully the Film Press will pull a surprise and pick Winslet or Carey for acting awards or the film itself for directorial or screenplay. Sure, it's unlikely, but I can dream, right?

There are many films that I thought were unfairly ignored this year-
'The Saddest Music in the World', 'We Don't Live Here Anymore' (Laura Dern's performance is amazing!), and 'Spanglish' (hello? Cloris Leachman? Screen vet? Best comic actress ever?) to name a few.

In short, you've done your homework, but what do you really think?
