Author Comments:
* guess i've been in a YA mood lately... sometimes there's nothing better than a fun, imaginative children's story to make you feel young again. not that i feel old... ;)
PS
29 books and 8 of them YA--not bad!... even without the kid stuff i beat my own record. *resolution: to make 2003 the Year of Reading!*

That cunt book sounds interesting... I remember when my school forced us to read "The Bean Trees." A bad move, seeing as it's a very girly book and I go to an all-male school. What did you think of "Me Talk Pretty One Day", taryn?
definitely nothing wrong with reading pinkwater, regardless of age. Robert Nifkin I haven't read yet, but I've read the others.
