I really love this list. Brilliant films. Hedwig, Heathers, and The Lion in Winter are all some of my favorites. Its very nice to see such a good list.
thanks for the compliments--glad to know someone else out there appreciates dialogue too. i can't even tell you how many times in the last year i've lamented that no one is writing intelligent scripts. i'm starting to think i should write one or two myself--whadya think?!
You writing a script sounds brilliant. I would probably prefer it to the crap we have nowadays. To quote Pearl Harbor:
"And then all this happened." (indicating the bombing.)

wow--that IS bad. (*congratulating myself again for avoiding that flick.*) you should totally add it to this list. and sadly, i imagine that's what the movie(s) about the WTC will sound like too. let's hope they're a little bit better.
