- The Hours: Total dreck. It was so meaningless and I can't believe Nicole Kidman got an oscar for having a scowl and mumbling when Salma Hayek was excellent in "Frida".
- The Hulk: Incredibley cheesey, incredibley long, and incredibley bad acting.
- The Man on the Train: Boring.
- Enemy at the Gates: While I enjoyed Jude Law's and Ed Harris's performances and the cinematography, I thought the script was stupid. The story just kept going in circles.
- Spider: I've only seen three other Cronenberg movies (The Brood, eXistenZ, and The Fly) and I liked them a lot. But this movie was poorly done. No plot and poor direction.
- The Affair of the Necklace: I shut this thing off after the first 40 minutes.
- Bend it Like Beckham: It gets boring.

I have not seen any of the movies you mention and will take it to be not worth my time. I do however wonder if you consider yourself a literature junkie? Also have you read much in the way of women's literature?
