The concept of a "shock" is extremely loose here.

Parts of JURASSIC PARK (kid gets zapped on fence) and THE GREEN MILE (fried felon) were pretty shocking. And busloads of villains have met mega-tingley ends in hundreds of movies. Then there was the "family therapy" episode of The Simpsons - you know, the one where they hock their t.v. in order to visit Dr Marvin Monroe's clinic, and have fun zapping each other.

There is a particularly bad scene in The Believers that scared me so bad I'm still pretty phobic around electricity. I'm almost positive that was the movie, but I could be wrong, as I saw it when I was very very young.

Wes Craven's Shocker. Truly awful. And I think the villian in Fallen (also awful) gets the chair. And didn't either (or both) Godzilla or King Kong get lured into power lines at various times? Then there's the shock treatment administered to Jack Nicholson in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.

Powder has a woman hit by lightning.
Rat Race has a dog fried on an electric fence (which then restarts the human heart the fat guy is holding - heehee)
Both back to the Future 1 and 2 have the time machine struck by lightning.
John Nash is given shock treatment in "A Beautiful Mind"
In Minority Report - they use electric shock based "vomit rods"
In Demolition Man, there are the lightning rods, and Wesley Snipes is shocked by the wires in the underground gunfight.
In Terminator 3, they try to fry (the extremely hot) TX (aka the female terminator - she's a supermodel in real life BTW) with the particle accererator.
The Matrix (and it's 2 not-so-great sequels) - there are all kinds of examples in this movie. (ie going in and out of the matrix, the shocks in between the columns - in the human field, the EMP shock, etc)
Ernest Goes to Jail (VERY dumb movie - saw it when I was little, but he's given the electric chair in this movie)
Bulletproof Monk - the invincible Nazi is fried on the electric wires

I can think of a few more, but I think that's a good number for now.
