This list isn't in any kind of order, I just wanted to make a bulleted list of songs I consider to be beautiful. It might be interesting to come back to this in a few years and see if my tastes have changed. My thoughts are that I'll still find these songs beautiful, as most of them seem like they'll be able to stand the test of time.

If anyone has any contributions, they are welcome!

Where's the R&B? "Day Dreaming", "Misty Blue", "Poetry Man", "Show and Tell", "You Are My Starship", "One In A Million You"...

Where's the country? "Mama Tried", "I Fall To Pieces", "Can The Circle Be Unbroken", "El Paso", "He'll Have To Go"...

Where's the blues? "Have You Ever Loved A Woman", "Devil Got My Woman", "The Sky Is Crying", "Stormy Monday Blues"...

Where's the gospel? "I'm On My Way", "I Love To Tell The Story", "Peace In The Valley", "I Have A Friend Above All Others"...

You're absolutely right. This was the first list I made on this site, so partly I was just trying it out. These songs were completely off the top of my head, and the list certainly wasn't meant to be exclusive or span all genres.

Part of the problem is that I'm unfamiliar with R&B and blues, and I haven't listened to much country or gospel in a while. There are quite a few songs I could add, coming back and thinking about this, but this was just meant to be a spontaneous and incomplete list. Sorry if it irritated you!
