  2. Shawshank Redemption (I hope I can make it across the border. I hope to see my friend, and shake his hand. I hope the Pacific is as blue as it has been in my dreams. I hope.)
  3. Sin City (She smells like angels ought to smell, the perfect woman... the Goddess. Goldie. She says her name is Goldie. / My warrior woman. My Valkyrie. You'll always be mine, always and never.)
  4. Vanilla Sky (My dreams are a cruel joke. They taunt me. Even in my dreams I'm an idiot... who knows he's about to wake up to reality. / The little things... there's nothing bigger, is there?)
  5. Memento (Okay, what am I doing? I'm chasing this guy. Nope. He's chasing me. / Now... where was I?)
  6. Interview with the Vampire (The statue seemed to move, but didn't. The world had changed, yet stayed the same. I was a newborn vampire weeping at the beauty of the night. / Whatever happened to Lestat I do not know. I go on, night ever night. I feed on those who cross my path. But all my passion went with her golden hair.)
  7. About a boy (A person's life is like a TV show. I was the star of The Will Show. And The Will Show wasn't an ensemble drama. Guests came and went, but I was the regular. / It was terrible! Terrible! But driving really fast behind the ambulance was fantastic!)
  8. Rules of Attraction (If I can't make a girl come, then why bother? It's like asking questions in a letter. Hm, I'm hungry. / At first I thought there were things about her I would never forget, But in the end all I could think about was-...)

  11. Forrest Gump (Lieutenant Dan got me invested in some kind of fruit company. So then I got a call from him, saying we don't have to worry about money no more. And I said, that's good! One less thing. / Sometimes, I guess there's just not enough rocks.)
  12. My Girl (I was born jaundiced. Once I sat on a toilet seat at a truck stop and caught hemorrhoids. And I've learned to live with this chicken bone that's been lodged in my throat for the past three years. So I knew Dad would be devastated when he learned of my latest affliction...)

By "Favorite Voice-over" I mean the whole movie, not only the sentences I listed here as examples.
Some might not be actual voice-overs, as the narrator is visible at times (Forrest Gump, Vanilla Sky)...

I love your top 3 choices, they're all in my top ten movies of all time! I prefer Shawshank to Fight Club, though Fight Club has the best narration. Norton does a superb job, it has ultimate replay value, I've watched that films SO many times and each time I just like it more.
