Hmm, of these I've seen only a few. I would also disqualify the following: Jersey Girl (named for the girl, not the place), The Stepford Wives; The Lady from Shanghai, Ft 13th and Muppets (same reason); then everything on your list after Planet of the Apes to Feeling Minnesota.

Yeah, it's arbitrary, but it's my list :) But you did give me some good ideas, and I thought of another couple besides.
