Favorite AIO Episodes

  1. AIO is 'Adventures in Odyssey,' an excellent children's radio drama that has been running for more than a decade. As a kid, I was addicted to it's wonderful characters and touching (sometimes intense) stories. Here are my favorite episodes:

  3. Darkness Before Dawn (actually a collection of 12 eps that tell one incredible story)
  4. Waylaid in the Windy City
  5. A Bit of Applesauce
  6. The Search for Whit
  7. The Mysterious Stranger
  8. A Name Not a Number
  9. The Perfect Witness
  10. Pockenberry Falls, RFD
  11. The Call for Reverend Jimmy
  12. The Case of the Secret Room

Alas, as I've grown up, I've looked for more mature radio dramas (and, the quality of AIO has drastically fallen in the last 4 years). I have yet to find a radio drama that has the incredible characters, humor, heart, and intrigue of AIO's finest moments.

Can anyone suggest a great radio drama (the only other one I've liked so far are the BBC's Tolkien adaptations).
