Rock or soul, surf or disco, mellow or heavy - gimme any of these over 90 per cent of what passes for music today.

Two great lists! A few things I haven't heard, but I like everything I have. You could almost make a part three, and just list Link Wray's entire discography...

Now that I think about it, also a part four with Booker T and the MG's complete works...

I've always loved "Sleepwalk"; it sounds like no other song I've ever heard. Did Santo and Johnny do much else?

Johnny Waco

If I remember correctly, Santo and Johnny placed another five tunes on the chart, but none hit the top ten. They continued recording usually pop standards and contemporary hits giving them the "Sleepwalk" treatment.

You may or may not be interested, but I added your 49 choices for instrumentals to my old archived list HERE. I'm still looking at 380 instrumentals that only one person has chosen as a favorite.

Cool, thanks for the info.
