Good choices, though I'd personally add his 1960 film The Young One to the list.

Ah yeah, that was a lesser-known one promoted by Jonathan Rosenbaum in his book Essential Cinema: "Bunuel's neglected masterpiece". Trouble is i haven't seen it yet (nor his early documentary Las Hurdes).
