I stole the idea for this list from lbangs, but I don't think he'll mind...These are not compilations by my favorite artists, but greatest hits and rarities albums that I feel were extraordinarily well sequenced and put together. In cases where an artist has several greatest hits albums, I've listed the year for the one I mean to be included on this list.








Wow! Different from my own list, sure, but I see nothing here whatsoever to argue against. A very solid collection; each disc is a great collection of a pivotal period of an artist's work.
