One reviewer stated that Wild Wild West was a spoof on the original tv series and the premise of science fiction mixed with the old wasn't an effective way to do it. He must never have seen the original on tv because the original was a spoof mixing sci-fi with western. This one wasn't a spoof on a spoof.
