Over the Edge? The Matt Dillon film? It is a fairly good film (with a soundtrack by the Ramones!) but I couldn't really put it on a list with such esteemed company.

The Man Who Fell to Earth and Dog Day Afternoon also seem a bit out of place, but just a bit.

I do greatly miss The Conversation, Network, Jaws, Five Easy Pieces, Manhattan, Badlands, and The French Connection, among others. Of course, these would make this a rather unwieldy top ten list, wouldn't they?.

Thought-provoking.

Over The Edge would be higher, but the ten in front of it are better. Yeah, Over The Edge. The Matt Dillon film. It's a masterpiece. Socially conscience and rivating.

"Over The Edge would be higher, but the ten in front of it are better."

In the spirit of friendly exchange of ideas, I'll simply say that we completely agree on the last half of your sentence.

Still, a very good list.

I'm curious to know what you think of Over The Edge.
