  • Piero Scaruffi music database [website] - I can't believe I wasn't listing this before. I could spend my whole life reading this site and hunting down the music he recommends.
  • Contemporary Composition [music] - modern composers are very exciting, fresh, and energetic. You're all missing out on an entire world of awesome music outside of "popular music."

Good luck with the healthier foods and water. I try to drink as much as I can every day. I'm not perfect about avoiding soda, but there is a full cup of sugar in every can, which just wreaks havoc on all sorts of things, not least of which is your immune system. The sugar in one can of soda decreases your immune system's effectiveness by sixty percent! (Shudder)
