Author Comments:

This is a work in progress. There's a lot of titles that are not listed here yet and it might take a while to get them all typed in. All together, I've got about fifty cookbooks and I tend to check out a couple from the library every month.

I cook at least three times a week. I am primarily a vegetarian chef, but I am sometimes a "flexitarian" in practice (which means that if I am at my Mother-in-law's house and Thanksgiving turkey is being served, I probably won't refuse it--but other than that, I'm pretty much a vegetarian and I never cook anything with meat in it).
