I made this list in response to seeing another list on the site. I know a lot of these groups seem lame now, but back in the mid to late eighties, when I went to the majority of these concerts, this was the popular music. I would not have felt right excluding anyone.

LOL! i forgot--i saw the Spin Doctors too... back when they only had a demo out. and i got to jump around with them in one of this bizarre inflatable castle at SUNY Fredonia--how funny. i guess i have to go add them to my list of live shows now. thanks for the flashback.
