How good was Arcade Fire? Saw them on Conan the other night were pretty awesome, and the lead singer ogt hit in teh face with a flying drumstick. Wish somebody I like would come down to Fl

Well, I can honestly say that it was the most intense, magical club show I have ever seen. The instumentation and just overall, togetherness, of that band is remarkable.

Oh, and I also hung out with the band.

Seconding dc's take on Arcade Fire. It's not very often that I get THAT wrapped up in a show. It really was transporting.

Has Amy Dykes of IatWTC recovered from her battle with cancer? I remember reading about it last year, and would take it as a very promising sign if she was once again able to tour.
