That former-SNLer with the really grating voice who did the voice of Iago in Disney's Aladdin (as well as all its knockoffs, video games, and direct-to-video releases). He also played that annoying doctor in all the Problem Child movies.

Hasn't he been doing some stuff for Jay Leno lately? Playing off his irritating voice in some classic man-on-the-street roles I think.
